Koinonia Groups

Koinonia Groups are a vital ministry at EBC to build fellowship and experience personal growth by meeting together regularly to study, sharpen, and support one another.  A Koinonia group consists of 11 - 13 adults who meet twice a month in the homes of group members or at church.  The night of the week varies from group to group to accommodate busy schedules.

The emphasis of Koinonia Groups is to provide opportunities for heartfelt fellowship, encouragement (laughing and crying together!), prayer, and Bible study.  This recipe of relational activities mixed with study has proved to be beneficial for the spiritual growth of group members.  Joining a group offers the opportunity to be part of an age blended fellowship.  If child care is an issue, there is also a childcare fund available to help supplement those needs.  After committing to a group for one year, members recommit for another year, or choose to change and be part of different group.  Please feel encouraged and welcome to be part of a Koinonia Group!
